T1 Office development is a high rise building with a twist. It is an urban work and play complex with as many as 43,700 Sq.m on 34 floors.

The exterior façade is full curtain wall cladding with blue and gold colored glasses. At the building’s top floor there is an ultra-modern piece of architecture, the sparkling crystal ball. It uses full-height glass curtain wall system that conceals all its frames and houses the space for restaurants and the owner’s residence.

T1’s façade is a symbolic gesture to represent many characteristics of the owner and tenants. These features can be visible from the junction of Sukhumvit 55 Road or hundreds of meters in radius.

T1 houses a lobby and many retail shops on Level 1 and 1M and has over 368 car parking spaces from Level MC1-MC6. The Office spaces are dynamic in shapes and sizes on Level 10 to 29.

T1 is a high intelligent building and provide full wifi and internet, satellite television systems, and building security management, with 8 high speed passenger elevators and a freight elevator services.

This Building is set to add another twist to Thonglor, Sukhumvit area and overall Bangkok skyline. Although the building has many twist and turn from the car parking floors throughout the building, all the floors still provide efficient function for tenants as regular building does.
